Any order implies customer acceptance, without reservation, of these terms and conditions of sale which prevail over all other terms and conditions.
The general terms and conditions of sale may be changed at any time and conditions specific to certain products may supplement these general terms and conditions of sale. These will be clarified when the item is presented.
In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the website at the time of validation of the order by the customer.
The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of ordering, the special conditions of sale stated on this screen and expressly accepts them without reservation.
The consumer is fully aware of the fact that his/her agreement on the content of these terms and conditions does not require a handwritten signature, insofar as the consumer is ordering products online as presented.
The consumer states have full legal capacity to engage under these terms and conditions of sale.
The photographs illustrating the products are not contractual. If errors occur, Web-stores shall in no event be held liable.
All orders are payable in advance. You can pay by cheque or credit card.
The automatic registration systems are considered as proof of the nature, content and date of the order. Web-stores confirms acceptance of the order by sending an email to the address provided by the customer. The sale will be concluded only after the confirmation of the order. The information given by the buyer at the time of making the an order obliges him/her: In the event of an error in the recipient's details, the seller can not be held responsible for failure to deliver the product.
Our products are guaranteed for 10 years from the date of shipment. Our warranty covers normal use (except fabric).
It is therefore suspended if
The warranty is limited to repairing the product and does not cover transportation costs or other incidental expenses...
The Seller shall not in any way be held liable for compensation or required to pay any direct or indirect damages suffered by the Buyer or the Customer or by others, the warranty provided being expressly limited
After order confirmation, Web-stores agrees to deliver to its carrier, all items ordered by the buyer and this within a maximum of 48 working hours. No late fee or compensation may be claimed by the Customer.
Unless otherwise specified, goods are shipped by us and delivered anywhere in France. For any other destination or express service, the carriage charge will be sent upon confirmation of order. Delivery will be made to the address on the "order". We would remind you that according to French law, the goods travel at the risk of the recipient.
The seller would remind the customer that the latter must ensure that he/she has stated all relevant information to the delivery of the order.
Any orders placed with web-stores are intended for the personal use of customers; the clients or recipients of the products are forbidden from the partial or complete resale of products.
The goods always travel at the risk of the recipient. For reasons of availability, an order can be delivered to the customer in several batches. The customer only pays for one delivery. If the customer would like two places of delivery, he/she must effect two orders, with corresponding delivery charges.
Unpack at the time of delivery to verify the conformity of the products ordered and the absence of defects. Take the time to check their state and quantity.
If there is a problem, clearly specify them on the delivery order. In the event of damage or loss of packages, the customer must contact the carrier within 2 days after delivery, by registered mail with confirmation of receipt, stating the reasons for the complaints. In no event can web-stores be held responsible for transport problems (breakage, loss ...).
You have 7 days (from receipt of items) to return any products which do not give you complete satisfaction. Upon exercise of the right of withdrawal, web-stores must refund, in the form of a credit note, all payments made by the customer at no charge except for return postage. Any refund is due within 15 days.
The return of products must be effected within the timeframe prescribed in the first paragraph of this section, the date on the delivery note attesting to the delivery date.
The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition for resale.
All returns must be previously authorised by web-stores in writing.
Any product that has been damaged, altered or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged. In particular, a product whose packaging has been damaged in the course of return will not be accepted by Web-stores. Web-stores reserves the right to determine in good faith if all these conditions are met.
All differences in the interpretation and enforcement of an order or its aftermath will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce de Salon-de-Provence, even in cases of appeal or multiple defendants.
In case of force majeure, non-compliance with payment terms or conditions of sale, strike, war, accidents, disasters, or interruption in supply, the web-stores company reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel his commitments.
The transfer of ownership of goods sold will intervene only after payment (Law No. 80.335 of May 12, 1980). The goods remain our property until full payment. The customer is responsible for the goods as from their departure from our premises.
All prices are quoted in euros.
The price displayed on the product description does not include shipping.
The price listed in the order confirmation is the final price, and includes all taxes and VAT for France and the EEC countries. This price includes the price of products, handling, packaging and storage of goods, freight and commissioning.
Methods of payment:
Web-stores reserves the right to refuse to honour a customer's order with whom payment disputes which have been identified.
Pursuant to CNIL’s provisions referring to the law of 6 January 1978, the customer has a right of access to various information about his/her person and has the power to prohibit the dissemination of such information at his/her simple request.
